1.1. These terms and conditions (”the T&C”) is applicable to all users of the website www.stareast.net (”the Website”), managed by Star East Airline SRL, headquartered in Bucharest, 1^st district, 67A Someșul Rece St., registered with Trade Register next to Bucharest Tribunal, under no. J2017002010401, tax code RO37088193 (”Star East”).

1.2. The T&C regulate the mean in which the user or the visitor of the Website may interact with the Website.

By using this Web Site, you agree to these T&C. If you do not agree to these T&C, please leave the Web Site.

3.1. We, Star East, grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials posted on the Web Site, so long as such materials are not extracted from the Web Site. With this right, you have the opportunity to:

• search, view, copy and print materials for personal, non-commercial use;
• bookmark any page or link directly to the pages of the Web Site, as long as the information is presented as belonging to Star East and is not taken out of context.

Whereas the right granted to visitors to the Website is personal and non-transferable, unless we agree otherwise, you are not permitted to:

If the amicable settlement remains unsuccessful, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.

1.1. Acești termeni și condiții (”Termenii”) se aplică tuturor utilizatorilor site-ului www.stareast.net (”Web Site-ul”), administrat de către societatea Star East Airline SRL societate de drept român, cu sediul în București, Sector 1, Str. Someșul Rece nr. 67A, inregistrata la Registrul Comertului de pe langa Tribunalul Bucuresti sub nr. J2017002010401 cod fiscal RO37088193 (”Star East”).

1.2. Termenii reglementează modul în care utilizatorul sau vizitatorul Site-ului pot interacționa cu Site-ul.

Prin utilizarea acestui Web Site sunteți de acord cu acești Termeni. Dacă nu sunteți de acord cu acești Termeni, vă rugăm să părăsiți Web Site-ul.

3.1. Noi, Star East, vă acordăm dreptul neexclusiv și netransferabil de a utiliza materialele publicate pe Web Site, atâta timp cât aceste materiale nu sunt extrase din Web Site. Prin acest drept, aveți posibilitatea de a:

Nu suntem răspunzători pentru vreo pierdere, prejudiciu sau cost rezultat din orice astfel de Eroare. Vizitatorul este unicul responsabil pentru întreg riscul privind adecvarea măsurilor și a rezultatelor obținute ca urmare a utilizării Serviciului sau a informațiilor ori materialelor publicate pe Web Site, precum și cu privire la consecințele oricăror decizii luate pe baza acestora. Acești Termeni sunt guvernați de și interpretați în conformitate cu legislația europeană și română. Orice dispută generată de interpretarea și aplicarea acestor Termeni sau de utilizarea Web Site-ului de către un vizitator va fi soluționată amiabil. 
În cazul în care soluționarea amiabilă rămâne fără rezultat, disputa va fi soluționată de instanțele competente din România.

Toate drepturile de autor sunt rezervate Star East. Pentru republicarea sau distribuirea conținutului sau unor fracțiuni din conținut sunteți obligați să obțineți acordul prealabil scris al Star East.
